Biography

Yulia V. Ryabukhina is a consultant of the Academic Writing Lab (AWL). Yulia runs workshops on academic speaking and writing and provides consultations and support on all types of academic texts as well as personal statements, letters of motivation and any other papers required for scholarships and studies abroad. Her academic and professional interests include translation and interpreting, intercultural communication (English, French and Russian), linguistic theory and the history of language, business communication in cross-cultural environment, ESP, EMI, emotional intelligence in business and academia.
